9. How do I reset my password?

1. How do I make a deposit?

4. How do I withdraw my funds?

6. What is your minimum/maximum withdrawal amount?

7. Why was my withdrawal canceled?

The administration may cancel withdrawal requests due to the following reasons:

A player must meet a wagering or rollover requirement for some bonus promotions. This is before they can withdraw any winnings they’ve made from using the bonus funds.

For example, if you’ve got 100 bonus funds to play with, then you play and win. According to the terms and conditions, a 10 x rollover requirement is needed. In other words, you must play some more, before you can withdraw any winnings. In particular, you’ll have to stake 1000 (10 x 100) first.
